Product verification results ("Genuine", "Already Scanned", "High Risk", "Invalid") are generated from data entered by the Tenant and from automated rules. They are indicative only and are not a certificate, warranty or proof that a product is genuine or counterfeit. Creveto Pro does not inspect, test, store, sell or ship any physical product.
- Tenant Responsibility: Product information, batch details, claims and brand assets are provided by Tenants. Creveto Pro does not verify them and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality or quality of the products.
- Repeated Scan Alerts: A "multiple scan" or "high risk" flag may arise from legitimate causes (family sharing, retailers checking stock, network errors) and does not by itself prove cloning or counterfeiting.
- Geolocation: Location data may be approximate or inaccurate depending on device, GPS permission, network and VPN use. Heatmaps and city-wise data are for general analysis only and must not be treated as exact or as evidence of a person's whereabouts.
- No Legal, Regulatory or Professional Advice: Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, tax or regulatory advice. Tenants must ensure their own compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, Legal Metrology, trademark laws and sector regulations.
- Third-Party Services & Availability: Creveto Pro is not responsible for third-party services, SMS/WhatsApp deliveries or cloud providers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
- Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creveto Pro disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on verification results, analytics or alerts.
