Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

By using Creveto Pro, Tenants and their users agree not to:

1. Register QR codes or batches for counterfeit, stolen, smuggled, banned, expired or illegally labelled goods.
2. Claim brand ownership, certification or approvals you do not hold, or use another person's trademark without authority.
3. Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or misleading content.
4. Redirect QR codes to malware, phishing, scam, gambling-fraud, adult or illegal sites.
5. Collect or misuse End User data beyond the stated purpose, or use scan locations to stalk, harass or profile individuals.
6. Attempt unauthorized access, tenant-isolation bypass, scraping, DDoS, vulnerability scanning or reverse engineering.
7. Share login credentials, resell or sublicense the Service without written agreement.
8. Bypass storage, QR quota, rate or plan limits.
9. Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through integrated SMS, WhatsApp or email.
10. Use the Service in violation of any Indian law or regulation.

Enforcement: Creveto Pro may investigate suspected violations, remove content, disable QR codes, suspend or terminate accounts without notice or refund, preserve evidence and report to law enforcement or affected brand owners. Report abuse at: abuse@creveto.in.
